Recent developments for the MOD have included:
- A new long life cloth for the Household Division Scarlet Tunics and Dark Navy trousers. These are worn by The Blues & Royals, The Life Guards and the Foot Guards.
- A new Royal Regiment of Scotland Tartan
- A new Army no 2 Dress Khaki Barathea
- A new lower cost badge backing for the new Army no 2 Dress
All these materials were developed by Hainsworth for the MOD and are now in general issue.
